📌
The Short Answer
Indus Craft Co. does not directly offer trade credit or internal payment terms for sample orders. All website orders are prepaid at checkout. However, if you pay via PayPal, PayPal may independently offer you instalment plans, Pay Later, or 30/60/90-day credit — subject entirely to PayPal's own eligibility criteria.

Payment Options Available at Checkout

At checkout, you may pay using any of the following methods. Payment is always required upfront — orders are not confirmed or dispatched without a successful payment authorization.

🔵
PayPal
May include BNPL & deferred options
Accepted from most countries
PayPal may present instalment or Pay Later options inside the PayPal interface — eligibility varies by country and buyer profile
New to PayPal? You can register during checkout and check available options
💳
Credit / Debit Card
Via secure payment gateway
Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards
Processed via encrypted payment gateway
No instalment or deferred options via this route

PayPal's Buy Now, Pay Later Options

If you select PayPal at checkout, PayPal may independently present one or more of the following payment flexibility options. These are offered inside the PayPal interface — not by TICC.

📅
Instalment Plans
Split your order total into scheduled payments over time
Pay Later
Defer your payment to a future date after receiving the goods
🗓️
30 / 60 / 90 Day Credit
Deferred payment on net-30, net-60, or net-90 terms via PayPal
⚠️
These options are only visible if PayPal determines you are eligible. Not all buyers or countries will see them. Availability is subject to PayPal's internal eligibility assessment at the time of checkout.

Who Controls What — TICC vs PayPal

This is important to understand before reaching out to us about instalment options. The division is clear:

Indus Craft Co. handles
Order processing & fulfilment
Production & shipping
Refund issuance (for eligible claims)
Bulk order payment negotiation
PayPal independently controls
Whether instalments are offered to you
Instalment/credit schedules & amounts
Interest rates, fees, and penalties
Approval or decline of credit requests
Instalment adjustments on refunds
💡
If an instalment option is offered or declined, we are unable to override or modify PayPal's decision. Please contact PayPal directly for queries about their credit products.

When Is Payment Captured?

1
Checkout Completed
You confirm your order and submit payment via PayPal or card.
2
Payment Authorized Immediately
Payment is captured at the moment of successful checkout. Products are not reserved until authorization is confirmed.
3
Order Confirmed → Production Begins
Once payment confirmation is received, your order is confirmed and dispatched to production or warehouse for packing.

How Are Refunds Handled?

For eligible claims, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If you paid via PayPal instalments, the repayment adjustment is managed entirely by PayPal.

If you paid by card
Refund is returned to the card used at checkout. Processing time depends on your card issuer — typically 5–10 business days.
If you paid via PayPal instalments
PayPal manages how the refund amount is applied to your remaining instalment schedule. TICC does not control this process.

Payment Terms for Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are handled offline, outside the website checkout. Depending on the order, we may be able to agree on separate commercial payment structures. These are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Factors that influence bulk payment terms:
Order volume & value
Buyer history & relationship
Production lead time
Commercial agreement terms
⚠️
Bulk payment structures (staged payments, agreed commercial terms) are not applicable to website sample purchases. They apply only to separately negotiated bulk order agreements.

Fraud & Chargeback Protection

To protect both buyers and our operations, all transactions are monitored. The following applies:

All transactions are monitored for unusual activity
Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using shipment confirmation and delivery proof
Repeated fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse may result in account suspension
