You fill our public enquiry form — company details, product category, quantities, payment preference, and shipment requirements. No account or login needed.
Our team reviews your requirements within 24–48 hours — verifying product availability, quantities, and export feasibility. You are notified of the outcome by email.
On approval, our costing team prepares a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI) in USD — product specs, HS codes, agreed payment terms, and production timeline. Sent to you via email to review and confirm.
You make the advance payment as per your agreed payment terms. Payment confirmation triggers the formal production start with our factory.
Your order moves through our 7-stage production pipeline — from PO to factory, through sampling, in-production milestones, and a final QC inspection by an independent third-party agency. Updates are tracked in BOMS.
After inspection clearance, we send a balance payment request. Once settled, a 5-point internal verification gate is completed before your order is formally released for shipping.
We coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder and share the full export documentation set — AWB / BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Inspection Certificate, and any compliance paperwork required.
Every action in this process is recorded with a full audit trail inside BOMS. Your Transaction ID is your reference at every stage — reach us anytime on WhatsApp or email and we will pull up your order instantly.
