Production Time (Made-to-Order)
All TICC products are made to order. Production does not begin until after successful payment confirmation. The exact production time for each product is displayed clearly on its individual product page — look for the Production Time (PT) label.
Production time varies depending on:

◆Material availability at the cluster
◆Quantity of samples ordered

A simple textile sample may have a shorter production time. Handcrafted wood, metal, or hand-knotted products may require longer finishing time. Check the product page for the specific PT before ordering.

Dispatch Preparation
Once production is completed, a short dispatch preparation stage takes place before the package leaves India. This typically takes 1–2 business days after production sign-off.
What happens during dispatch preparation:

✓Export documentation is prepared (invoice, packing list, COO)
✓Shipment is packed securely for international transit
✓DHL pickup is scheduled and confirmed

DHL International Transit
After dispatch, DHL Express handles international transport from India to your destination. Once the shipment is collected, DHL tracking becomes active and you can monitor progress in real time.
